Functional overview

Each day we interact with Sales professionals on a global basis, from helping develop deal structures to providing routine day-to-day support.  Our team and micro-segmentation cybersecurity business are growing quickly.

As part of the Deal Desk team, you will be in a unique position to impact the future direction the company takes. Our highly collaborative environment means you will be working with a diverse group of talented people continuously innovating and improving. Our Deal Desk team provides consulting and guidance to all levels of the Sales organization, from geo leaders and managers to Account Managers across all levels.

We are looking for a talented Deal Desk Analyst to join our global team and report to Director, WW Deal Desk.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team directly to resolve any of their quoting issues.
  • Be the supporter for other Deal Desk members.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide guidance for the quote process to Sales representatives.
  • Become a trusted advisor to the sales teams with a passion for connecting cross-functional departments.
  • Help identify opportunities for improvement where the Deal Desk can add further value, improve the process in support of Sales teams and decrease deal cycle time.

Minimum competencies

  • Salesforce
  • Salesforce CPQ Quoting Tool (must know how to Quote)
  • Excel

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Sales/Business Operations function
  • Master the Salesforce system and Quoting tools
  • Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer and explain information in a clear and concise way.
