To be successful, the Asset Management Specialist will understand all facets of asset lifecycle management. Having both an analytical and process driven mindset are key skills. This role is required to handle large volumes of data through various mediums and transform that data into a presentable format for internal and external stakeholders to understand. The Asset Management Specialist must be able to identify erroneous data, make corrections, and report repeated issues to the Supply Chain Manager. 

The main responsibilities of a Installation Coordinator include:

  • Perform mass data entry into ServiceNow, Excel, and other tools as needed                          
  • Process repair/replacement equipment requests to vendors/suppliers
  • Create/Update/Resolve tickets                    
  • Create and run reports via ServiceNow, Excel, PowerBI and other applications                      
  • Communicate with customers via email / phone as necessary                        
  • Add/Remove/Update asset data within ServiceNow and other asset systems
  • Perform monthly license reporting
  • Create sales orders and purchase orders on occassion
  • Monitor and maintain asset data integrity                                
  • Understand how ServiceNow workflow's function  within the platform                      
  • Understand or learn how to create UPS / FedEx shipping labels
  • Collaborate with other departments as required
  • Provide input and recommendations for improvements
