Responsibilities:
· Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with top-tier candidates through direct outreach, industry networks, social media, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
· Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
· Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and provide market insights to clients.
· Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.
· Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the client.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, clients, and industry contacts to facilitate ongoing recruitment success.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to clients and senior management.
Required Skills:
· Has 7 to 10 years of demonstrated success in placing senior executives across various functions and industries.
· Expertise in executive search methodologies, networking, and headhunting techniques.
· Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
· Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
· Proficiency with recruitment tools, including ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
