We're seeking an experienced Engineering Site Leader to join our dynamic team in the Philippines and lead engineering efforts across multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. In this role, you will set the technical direction and architectures for new products and features, coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and other groups, and manage and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, data analysts, QA engineers, and more. As the Engineering Site Leader, you will drive engineering processes, standards, tools, and best practices, lead planning and execution of project roadmaps and releases, and effectively communicate status, priorities, and plans across the organization. - Own and report key company OKRs weekly to internal stakeholders
