The System Administrator must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, but most importantly a positive attitude. The environment is fast growing and spontaneous, therefore, we must accommodate. Operating as a Team is vital to our overall success. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional IT experience working with a broad range of technologies and solutions.

The main responsibilities of a Help Desk/ Systems Administrator include:

  • Software support- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Adobe suite etc. 
  • Account support- assist users with password resets 
  • Assist with installing and troubleshooting applications 
  • Generate new local user accounts 
  • Monitor dashboard, address all problems 
  • Map new printers (I’ll provide Diagrams outlining device & Team locations)
  • Performs general tasks to aid in the ongoing support of the IT environment. 
  • Performs routine software upgrades. 
  • We’re supporting roughly 450 employees at 4 facilities along with those who WFH
