KMC Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to develop and execute our social media strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging content, build a strong online community, and drive brand awareness and lead generation. 

The main responsibilities of a SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with KMC Solutions’ overall marketing objectives. 
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and relevant industry-specific platforms. 
  • Create engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to a B2B audience. 
  • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting. 
  • Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize social media campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop design briefs for social media visuals. 
  • Utilize Canva to create basic social media graphics and edits. 
  • Create engaging content formats such as Reels and short-form videos when applicable. 
  • Provide support to executives in crafting compelling content for their personal networks to promote company initiatives. 
  • On-site social media coverage during events. 
  • Ensure timely posting during company events. 
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B social media trends and best practices. 
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. 
  • Track and optimize ad performance, including targeting, bidding, and ad copy. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and nurture relationships.
