We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our growing team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talents for our Manila office while supporting hiring managers and inter department hiring efforts. Manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of overall recruitment process. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the Philippines market.

The main responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager include:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process. Optimize, strategize, plan, and execute a variety of recruitment programs, services and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various industries.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Advisor to management, hiring managers and to offer insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop Sourcing and Attracting Candidates     
    • a) Job Posting: Create effective job descriptions and posting on relevant job boards and company website.
    • b) Networking: Build relationships with industry professionals, recruitment partners, schools, universities, potential candidates, and passive job seekers.
    • c) Social Media Recruiting: Leverage social media platforms to attract top talent and promote the employer brand.
    • d) Employee Referrals: To champion and monitor the company’s employee referral program including payouts to employees. 
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists to achieve performance targets and professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
