  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring all team members are actively working towards established sales targets
  • Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure lead generation and conversion into sales
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback, and coaching to ensure the team's sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Set individual sales targets and motivate team members to achieve these goals through effective leadership and management practices
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring the team provides top-notch client service and support
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, forecasting, and team performance for upper management
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team

  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed

  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Communicate with clients via phone/email/chat

  • Proven experience in sales management or team leadership, particularly within a dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence and foster professional growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans that encompass company goals and market trends.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with a capacity to navigate complex sales challenges and adjust strategies in response to market dynamics and team needs.

  • A background in marketing or a related field can be advantageous in aligning sales and marketing strategies.
