The main responsibilities of a CONTACT CENTER AGENT include:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information; providing email support to clients.
- Establishes policies by entering client information;
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Improves processes by reporting problems, gathering data and processing accounts
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
To apply for the role, you must have the following:
- College graduate or 2nd year College Undergrad
- Knowledge with Basic Accounting
- With at least 1 year Call Center experience
- Effective Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- With Multitasking skills
