The main function of the position of LSC Guard is to provide property monitoring via cameras and, if
necessary, intervene to warn off trespassers and potential thieves, and contact police. LSC guards will review
any events that trigger our AI security systems at customer properties. If necessary, you will intervene on the
threat via 2-way audio or siren, and/or contact emergency services and the customer via phone. Our system is
designed to predict, prevent, and protect customer homes and businesses from crime by identifying threats
and addressing them.

Responsibilities:

Successfully absorb specialized training, specifically designed around our own unique brand of
security.
Using our technology, you will monitor live events over cameras, decide whether intervention is
necessary and intervene if needed. Interventions may require speaking to people through the camera,
calling emergency services, triggering a siren, or calling the property owner.
Document the details of any intervention in our customer service application.
Provide feedback on guard procedures and Deep Sentinel systems to assist in identifying critical issues
and improving our capability to serve our customers.
Utilize Deep Sentinel tools/software to communicate to other Guards and other departments and to
perform duties and responsibilities.
