The Data Analyst plays a critical role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the People & Places organization. This role is responsible for analyzing large, cross-functional datasets, building intuitive dashboards, and developing scalable solutions that improve data accuracy and usability. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure data products are aligned with business needs and drive meaningful outcomes.

- Collaborate with People & Places teams to understand priorities and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze large data sets across multiple systems to tell a complete data story and advise on recommendations.
- Create code to alert users of data inconsistencies.
- Overhaul legacy coding to be efficient and consistent across products.
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements and are consistent across the People Analytics product offerings.
- Ensure user adoption of new products through coaching and enablement, and create content and supporting guides.
- Analytical mindset with an emphasis on identifying issues, exceptions, and trends in scalable processes
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience across Business Intelligence, Data visualization, and/or People Analytics.
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing Tableau dashboards.
- Strong experience with SQL (relational databases, data validation, writing efficient code for big data). Experience with Snowflake a plus.
- Ability to grow data governance and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent business acumen and an ability to lead with data. Can combine qualitative findings with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations.
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to recognize and talk on the level of the audience.
