INT-128A412 | DIRECTOR, ORDER TO CASH & TREASURY

You will be spearheading the order-to-cash process and be in charge of KMC's overall cash and liquidity position. You will be leading the transformation of the process and steer it towards operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Supervise accurate and timely invoicing and collections processes to ensure cash flow.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow by managing collections, payments, and treasury operations.
• Manage and train the billing and collections team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Oversee cash management, investment strategies, and risk management in the treasury function.
• Create strategies to improve cash flow, reduce overdue accounts, and optimize liquidity.
• Prepare and present reports on billing, collections, and treasury performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards in billing, collections, and treasury functions.
• Handle customer disputes and inquiries related to billing and collections in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and legal departments to resolve billing and collections issues.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cash flow, collections, and treasury activities.
• Work with the NetSuite project managers to optimize billing and collection process thru process optimization and automation

• Business course graduate with 12+ years of experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Order-to-Cash management as a director or a similar capacity
• NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required
• Experience in handling PH invoicing for a multinational company of the same scale as KMC is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Process automation experience good to have
