An Implemention Program Manager is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure timely implementations.

  • Be the main point of contact for the client /liaise with the client, during the implementation phase
  • Host on-going internal and client facing meetings to monitor progress, identify and track issues and be the main coordinator to and for the client
  • Coordinate and work with internal teams (i.e. Product, UX, Engineering, Sales) to communicate requirements and timelines
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction 
  • Manage, defuse, and resolve in-project issues, escalations and crises
  • Manage multiple projects at once across global time zones 
  • Facilitate the transition into Support and Account Management upon the conclusion of implementation.
  • SaaS knowledge
  • API functional knowledge
  • At lest 3 years of experience in Client Management
  • Demonstrating proficiency to present with PowerPoint and use various Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn to communicate and demonstrate company and product benefits and best practices 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to both accuracy and quality 
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent and creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Must be self-starter and able to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • PMP certified (good to have)
