The General Manager, Shared Services Center, is responsible for overseeing the overall Shared Services operations and driving performance across internal and external functions, including Finance & Accounting, IT, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in successfully growing American outsourcing operations, establishing standardized processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a strong back-office management background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle scaling challenges across diverse clients (up to 600 headcount). The position also involves frequent collaboration with stakeholders and requires availability for travel to the US.

• Develop and implement the vision, mission, and functional strategies of the Shared Services Center in alignment with broader corporate goals.
• Establish best practices in Finance, Accounting, IT, and Customer Service to deliver standardized and scalable services.
• Manage annual budgeting and financial planning, ensuring expenditures align with organizational targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, providing expertise in Shared Services operations.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to assess operational performance and ensure service delivery meets set standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading efforts to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure client management excellence, compliance with client contracts, and achieve operational and financial benchmarks.
• Oversee vendor performance metrics, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvements.
• Address forecasted challenges with scaling headcount and services for diverse client requirements.
