Responsibilities:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless user experiences
and visually appealing interfaces for our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our software is intuitive, functional, and meets the needs of our users. Your creative insights and design expertise will help shape the future of rental property management technology.

Key responsibilities:

Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with product teams to translate business goals into unique design solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Ensure consistency of design across the platform while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach
Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the software industry
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
Experience conducting user research and testing
A passion for creating clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
