  • Information security frameworks such as Essential 8, NIST and ISO27001.
  • Infrastructure such as Servers, VMWare, Hyper-V;
  • Firewalls, Routers, Switching, Wireless Technologies, VLANs, Routing, IP Addressing, Subnetting;
  • Unified telecommunication solutions
  • Mobile device management solutions
  • Scripting and Automation technologies such as PowerShell, Cloud Formation, Bash Scripting;
  • A multitude of Microsoft Server Services and Technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, NPS
  • Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SCCM;
  • Unix/Linux (desirable)
  • Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure (desirable)
  • Cloud Security solutions and practices such as Cloudflare and Imperva (desirable)
• Expert knowledge of computer and server components and fault diagnosis of servers, computers, and network-connected systems/devices;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• High level of professional standards and conduct; a customer-focused service ethic;
• Possess a high level of organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
