The COE Office Manager has a critical role on Zennis award-winning Customer Support team. You will be at the forefront of our office's operations, contributing not only to our daily activities but also to COE back-office initiatives. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will be crucial in greeting and assisting colleagues and visitors who walk through our doors.
Requirements
Organize day-to-day office operations
Oversee facility-related tasks, which involve property defect reporting, supply and refreshment orders, maintaining asset lists and property records, handling badge evidence, and updating seating plans
Assist in planning both internal and external meetings, including tasks such as booking meeting rooms and arranging agendas and refreshments
Coordinate post and courier services, responding to requests and emails
Contribute to the planning and execution of various internal and external events
Create purchase orders, diligently track payment statuses, and manage the payment processing
Coordinate document signing processes
What skills do you need?
Experience in administrative/assistant/receptionist position is welcome
Fluent in English
Proactive, flexible, with a positive mindset; able to work independently and learn quickly; adept at multitasking
Highly organized, reliable, and accurate
Excellent communication and organizational skills
