Okta is seeking a top tier Revenue Operations Lead with a positive attitude and thirst for process improvement within a fast-paced organization. The role will have focus on (1) transaction processing and optimization (2) problem solving/increasing Sales Order accuracy and (3) management of Revenue Operations Specialists.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure orders are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Provide outstanding internal and external support, provide guidance, and take action

to drive resolution of issues

  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue departments and become subject matter expert on Order Management
  • Partner with Billing and Collections team to resolve all invoicing issues in a timely manner
  • Introduce improvements to improve accuracy of processing / reporting and increase

efficiencies

  • Effectively lead, train, mentor, and motivate direct reports to build a world-class Order Management team
  • Supervise workload and adjust coverage to balance volume across team
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, with ability to work non-standard

hours

  • Support ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or related operational field or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years relevant work experience
  • 3+ years leading an order management team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
