Okta is seeking a top tier Revenue Operations Lead with a positive attitude and thirst for process improvement within a fast-paced organization. The role will have focus on (1) transaction processing and optimization (2) problem solving/increasing Sales Order accuracy and (3) management of Revenue Operations Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure orders are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Provide outstanding internal and external support, provide guidance, and take action
to drive resolution of issues
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue departments and become subject matter expert on Order Management
- Partner with Billing and Collections team to resolve all invoicing issues in a timely manner
- Introduce improvements to improve accuracy of processing / reporting and increase
efficiencies
- Effectively lead, train, mentor, and motivate direct reports to build a world-class Order Management team
- Supervise workload and adjust coverage to balance volume across team
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, with ability to work non-standard
hours
- Support ad-hoc assignments as required
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or related operational field or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years relevant work experience
- 3+ years leading an order management team
- Strong leadership and communication skills, organized and able to multi-task
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
- Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
