Mainstay Asia provide recruitment solutions to Hong Kong and South East Asia based customers, primarily in Technology and Business Transformation.

We are looking for an Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Manila team based in Makati, who are extremely well integrated with our Hong Kong office. You will support recruiting into both the Hong Kong and local PH markets, providing a key resourcing function within our business.

The main responsibilities of a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT include:

• Analysing and qualifying client requirements from the Account Management Team
• Selling and opportunities within the job market
• Searching and maintaining the Company Database
• Headhunting using tools like LinkedIn
• Advertising jobs and managing responses
• Interviewing and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications against job requirements
• Developing and maintaining long-term, relationships with local candidate market
• Meeting performance and sales activity measurements
• Managing end to end sales processes
• Potential to support Client Account Management through travel

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

• We are looking for individuals who have 5+ years of Recruitment or Sales Experience
• Knowledge of Technology concepts likes SDLC, IT Operations, IT Project Management is an advantage but training will be provided
• Strong customer service and customer interaction skills
• The aptitude and passion to develop professionally
• High energy and ambition
• A passion for working with people
• Demonstrate integrity and personal accountability in all you do
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Enjoy success and be resilient when faced with setbacks
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft, Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
• Experience in offshore or vendor process technical recruitment will be an advantage
