To apply for Network /System / Database Administration, you are excellent at:

  • Sourcing candidates via all channels/available recruitment tools to budget and usually without utilising recruitment agencies
  • Proactively building talent pools for future hires across a range of roles in the IT sector 
  • Undertaking initial first stage screening of candidates before passing recommended shortlists to the Hiring Manager for second stage review
  • Scheduling the interview process, supporting the Hiring Manager with interview template questions, and feeding back to the candidate at each stage
  • Managing the offer, acceptance and onboarding process
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Cloud Bridge, helping to sell the amazing opportunities we have to offer
  • Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers in the Philippines and the UK to understand not just capabilities needed but how to get the best fit candidates for this fantastic, growing company culture
  • Liaise with Line Managers to Identify training needs of our Philippines based team and making recommendations regarding development solutions
  • Sourcing external training providers or solutions as needed and creating internal training content as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate all recruitment and training activity, working closely with HR and Ops counterparts in the UK to ensure consistency of approach in the building of our global brand

Your Success Profile includes:

  • Minimum of three years in house or agency recruitment experience
  • Preferably have worked in an IT environment recruiting Project Managers, Analysts, Technical roles etc 
  • Be articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player who has strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Have previously worked in a SME or start up
  • Have experience using social media to build a recruitment profile
  • Have some experience in co-ordinating training (though candidates with a strong background in recruitment and an interest in training will be considered)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work at pace and autonomously
