The Role
We are currently looking for a goal driven Technology Team Leader to join our IT team at to
lead, manage, train and guide our Technology Teams. He/She will be the one overlooking
all the technology members to ensure that they are meeting deliverables on a day to day
basis, sprints/projects assigned to them are properly estimated, committing deadline to
project managers, mentoring developers and performance reviewing developers. Our
Technology team lead will be handling various technology teams from frontend developers,
backend developers, JAVA Developers. Technology team lead will be working directly with
Solutions Architect, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Managers & Stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
• Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department members.
• Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
• Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
• Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
• Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
• Perform Performance review based on key metrics & quality that we get

• Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.
• Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to
help with improvement.
• Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions
within the department.
• Ensure that the company’s data and information are protected from unauthorized
access.
• Supervise repair and maintenance of all IT gadgets.

Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Entity Framework, JQuery is a definite advantage.
