The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior supervisory role that requires detail orientation and good communication. Project Managers monitors progress and create adjustments as needed.

• Daily coordination with Regional Managers, Operations Managers, and Client Managers
• Project mapping and resource planning
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate in-field management as necessary
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned and needed. 

To apply for a Project Manager, you are excellent at:

• Intermediate to Advance expertise in Microsoft Excel is required (Simple formulas, template development, etc.)
• Employee Management & Discipline experience
• Project Management experience
• Knowledgeable in creating processes

Your Success Profile includes:

• At least 2 – 3 years of work experience (Senior Level)
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Initiative, Optimism, calmness and flexibility
• Quality driven 
• Confident in working with less supervision
• Attention to detail is a Must
• Ability to create friendly but firm rapport with employees
• No attendance issues.
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
