  • Conduct detailed data analysis on multiple aspects of business operations, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer engagement, using advanced Excel techniques and BI tools.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various reporting systems such as ERP and ecommerce platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, highlighting trends, anomalies, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply this knowledge to enhance business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the wholesale, ecommerce, or retail sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, charts, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience with ERP, ecommerce, or financial reporting systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets and present clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the home décor and furniture industry, or other consumer products in B2B or B2C channels, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
