As an Order Management Analyst, you will be a critical part of the Company’s day-to-day and month-end close processes, reporting, and operational procedures. As a member of the broader Accounting team, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter who can work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. This role will report to the Order Management Manager.

  • Lead our order management team based in Manila by guiding on best practices and making decisions based on policies and procedures
  • Work with Order Management manager on building reports and dashboards to track team performance and KPI’s
  • Onboard and invoice customers from our billing platform
  • Coordinate with Sales Ops and Account Executives validating data integrity within Salesforce against contracts
  • Triage, resolve, and provide outstanding internal support on order management areas
  • Collaborate with internal teams on automation and process enhancement projects, such as UAT testing
  • Identify any non-standard contract term and collaborate with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition
  • Develop processes & create documentation library policies related to order management
  • Oversee provisioning and ensure the timely delivery of product; serve as the point of escalation if there are any issues with delivery
  • Participate in the development of metrics and system capabilities to better reconcile and report on global orders related data
  • Participate in or manage ad-hoc projects
  • 4+ years of experience in order management
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience working for a fast-paced SaaS technology business
  • Experience working with a payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Square, Paypal, Recurly etc.)
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably Netsuite
  • Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills
