IT Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing and reporting on the base functions within the organization to ensure that they are being performed to standards. This includes but isn’t limited to Call audits, ticket audits, Quality investigations, and audits against industry standards.

The main responsibilities of a IT QUALITY ANALYST - AUDIT (NETWORK/SECURITY BACKGROUND) include:

• Managing Security Services Provider, conducts calls, tickets & alerts audits for the Network and Service Desk teams.
• Preparing, creates and provides statistical present on them to all levels of the organization.
• Creating process improvement initiatives and training opportunities based on analysis.
• Providing coaching and feedback to agents.
• Revising the Quality Scorecards and created new QA audit forms.
• Collecting and Compiling Statistical Analysis
• Identifying Training needs based on Analysis
• Preparing Reports and present on them to all levels of the organization

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

• IT Network Experience
• IT Security Experience
• ITIL, Six Sigma Experience
• Service Now Experience

It will also be favorable if you have the following:

• Problem-Solving skills
• Audit Inspection experience
• Good communication Skills
• Analytical and Statistical Skills
• Security Experience
• A positive and optimistic personality to encourage employee advocacy.
• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course/s
• ITIL Background
