The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of an Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading operations for the effective and successful management of productivity, quality, accuracy of information flow and management, business processes and reporting. This is a managerial role that requires detail orientation, good communication and quality driven. Operations Manager lead and monitors progress and create
adjustments as necessary

  • Daily coordination with Managers
  • Project mapping and resource planning
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate in-field management as necessary
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; prepares and complete action plans
  • Implement productivity and quality standards
  • Identify problems and resolutions
  • Analyze process workflow and employee requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and needed. 

To apply for an Operations Manager role, you are excellent at:

  • Intermediate to advance expertise in Microsoft Excel is required (Simple formulas, template development, etc.)
  • Employee Management & Discipline experience
  • Operations Management experience 
  • Knowledgeable in creating processes and workflow

  • At least 3 – 4 years of work experience (Managerial Level)
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Optimism, calmness and flexibility
  • Productivity and quality driven
  • Can demonstrate the ability to learn new processes
  • Independent, quick learner and has initiative
  • Confident in working with less supervision
  • Attention to detail is a Must
  • Ability to create friendly but firm rapport with employees
  • No attendance issues.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
