Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that new hires are seamlessly onboarding from required documentations to systems integration (Transitionary Compliance)
- To identify, understand and support the business using data-driven studies and recommend or provide systematic approach or resolution. (Data-Driven Solution)
- To become the catalyst for change for any system enhancement and automation and ensure completion of automation based on the requirement timelines (Technology Savviness)
- To further align the huge portion of "business sense and acumen" of any HR person sitting in our accounts. That our best interest is to grow all businesses through superior HR services vs. the traditional HR. (Business Driven)
Contract Management and Onboarding Management
- Ensures accuracy with the translation of details from the Talent Acquisition team to the creation of the employment contract.
- Oversees overall employee onboarding management to ensure seamless transition from candidate to KMC employee.
- Oversees compliance and completion of pre-employment documentations
- Manages and implements all planning and operational responsibilities of the onboarding employees
- Champions security standards when employees are on-boarded.
Data and Analytics Management
- Oversees the preparation of monthly and year-end reports on terminations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary action and other information required.
- Maintains and ensures the accuracy of the data from various systems and database handled.
- Monitors and establishes P&C and business trends from various datapoints.
- Creates and enforces policies for effective data management
- Formulates techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
- Devises and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
- Establishes rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
- Support stakeholders in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
- Assists with reports and data extraction when needed
- Monitors and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
- Ensures digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
- Troubleshoots data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
Project Management for Automation
- Ensures timely communication / execution / completion of automation initiatives within the People and Culture Department
- Serves as the main POC and full coordination with the Development Team.
- Determines and defines project scope and objectives
- Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
Special Projects
- Is tasked to take on additional projects as necessary and as per instructed by immediate superior or one up manager.

Work and Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Supervisory and/or Managerial capacity
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Strong command of Excel application
- Strong data analytics’ experience
- Project Management Skills
- At least 3 solid years' experience with Employee/Labor Relations
- Vastly knowledgeable with the Labor Law of the Philippines
- Willing to work in KMC sites
