The COE IT Manager has a critical role on Zenni's award-winning Customer Support team. This role will provide strategic and practical day to day IT support and guidance assigned to our COE. You'll report and work closely with our global IT team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in managing IT systems and services in our Center of Excellence. The IT Manager will assist in administering the organizations IT platforms and services, and possess the technical expertise to support Zenni's growth strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability and willingness to shift fluidly among strategic planning, systems thinking, user support, routine project management as well as hands-on admin work.

Requirements

Maintain robust, resilient infrastructure for virtual collaboration and remote

communications including managing videoconferencing and telecommunication systems

Assist in managing security and compliance of all IT areas and infrastructure protecting us from all threats by performing vulnerability testing, risk analysis and periodic security and compliance assessments

Review internal operations and administrative processes and policies for information security, data protection and privacy, and incident management while refining and improving current practices as needed

Manage and oversee data backup systems, identify potential gaps or business continuity risks and plan, implement and test appropriate solutions to ensure disaster recovery

Oversee all staff and vendor onboarding and offboarding including issuing company assets (IT, Software, Licenses, Permissions), coordinating purchasing and keeping accurate inventory records

Respond and resolve user support requests including training/educating staff in IT-related issues

Research solutions to new problems and better solutions to existing problems including planning large scale projects

Maintain documentation of corporate systems and processes are compliant with legal and regulatory guidelines and standards

What skills do you need?

Significant experience as an IT Professional in a corporate setting

Cyber-security, Networking and Firewall including intrusion detection experience and certifications

General understanding and interest in basic networking, remote communications, working with software, hardware, and other technology-based systems

Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skills

Required to provide on-call support including occasional work after hours or on weekends
