Contract Management and Analysis

Review and analyze vendor and legal contracts for compliance with standard legal and commercial terms, providing feedback to stakeholders as needed

Administer contracts within the contract management system, ensuring accurate entry, metadata tagging, and repository maintenance

Support the management of contracts and documents and maintaining up-to-date vendor records.
Legal Technology and Process Optimization

Support legal operations platforms (such as contract lifecycle management, e-billing, and document management systems), including troubleshooting, system updates, and process improvements

Assist with developing and updating department processes, policies, systems, and training materials

Provide administrative and technical support for legal technology users, including system training and issue resolution
Reporting and Analytics

Assisnt in developing and presenting analytics and reports on legal operations KPIs and workflow efficiency

Gather, analyze, and report on data related to legal service delivery, operational volumes, and cycle times to inform process improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support

Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders to support efficient legal operations

Serve as a go-to resource for legal operations inquiries, system questions, and process guidance

Manage legal operations tickets, including requests for assistance, bug reporting, and general troubleshooting

Experience with operations or procurement

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from quantitative data
