We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People and Culture Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions, with a focus on employee relations, HRIS management, employee offboarding, and internal ticketing. The intern will also support logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Support the maintenance and updating of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Help audit, and maintain 201 employee files in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Assist in facilitating the offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews, processing clearances, and preparing documentation.

Monitor and respond to HR-related internal tickets, escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely resolution.

Prepare HR reports, records, and communications as required.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires receive their new hire kits on their start date.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the People and Culture team.

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law is a plus.
