Talkdesk is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance its Salesforce ecosystem. This is a technical role focused on system configuration, automation using Flows, user and license management, and day-to-day platform support. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, is comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and has experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The role will also involve interacting with integrated tools like DocuSign, Zuora, and NetSuite, and supporting business users through issue resolution and process optimization.

- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, milestones, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects, lightning record pages, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata, mobile administration, reports and dashboards
- Sandbox environment management and provide DevOps support for release management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform solutions
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Actively monitor Salesforce support dashboards to provide assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution of any issues they encounter.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Management of integrated applications including but not limited to Okta, Financial Force, NetSuite, Zuora, DocuSign and Conga applications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a technical role.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. (Service Cloud is nice to have but not required.)
- Strong background in configuring and troubleshooting Flows (core automation tool used; knowledge of retiring Process Builders and Workflow Rules is important).
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including: Custom objects, record types, page layouts, dynamic layouts
- Lightning App Builder, custom settings, metadata
- Reports and dashboards
- Permission sets, profiles, roles, sharing rules, OWD
- Strong understanding of user/license management and data governance (e.g., deactivation, onboarding, data quality improvements, deduplication, validation rules).
- Familiarity with integrated tools including: Okta, DocuSign, Zuora, NetSuite, FinancialForce, and Conga
- Exposure to DevOps concepts such as sandbox management, release management, and deployment support.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using Jira for task tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; candidate will interact directly with business stakeholders and produce regular status updates/reports.
- Strong collaboration skills; will work with global teams including finance, integration, and IT.
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
- Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience in APEX, Triggers and LWC
