We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our Nerdy Recruiting team on a contract basis. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while maintaining data accuracy and integrity across our recruiting systems. You will be a key partner in scheduling, operations, and candidate experience while also supporting data-driven decision-making for our team.

  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
    • Own and manage interview scheduling using Ashby, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
    • Gather and analyze candidate feedback to improve the interview experience.
  • Recruiting Operations & Data Integrity
    • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in recruiting data, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
    • Partner with the talent operations team to improve workflows and enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability
    • Work closely with the talent operations team, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
    •  Stay adaptable to evolving business needs
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing recruiting data in ATS platforms (Ashby, ModernLoop, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, with bonus points for experience in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with US-based tech companies is a plus
