The HR Head of Workforce Relations is responsible in facilitating the development of employment policies that support company growth while ensuring compliance labor and regulatory obligations, guidance on case management, internal resolution mechanisms, client support, and a positive work environment that promotes accountability, high performance, engagement and growth.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employment policies that comply with legal standards and align with the organization's goals.
  • Lead the compliance of all labor and regulatory regulations to mitigate risks and ensure ethical practices across the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations 
  • Design and execute strategies for fostering high employee engagement, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Advise management and HR staff on best practices in employee relations and the latest developments in employment laws.
  • Prepare detailed reports on employee relations activities and outcomes for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and employee relations practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver as an Individual Contributor or manage and develop a team as needed
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to handling cases and disputes.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive issues with diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience in HR legal, change management and organizational development.
  • Advanced certification in HR or a related field, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other related technology tools.
  • Capability to work effectively across different levels of the organization and to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
