As a Leads Generation Specialist, you are expected to develop and implement creative sourcing activities/techniques based on strategy and talent market insight to include but not limited to marketing of Employer Brand, establishing partnership/tie-up with universities/academe group, leverage on job portals, employee referral program, maximize social media presence/advertisement, cold calling, networking, and passive sourcing.

  • Managing and tracking all sourcing activities and programs including having an accurate database and systematic reporting of lead generation yields
  • Assigning & monitoring sourcing tasks to the Leads Generation Associates.
  • Developing initiatives around employee and candidate referral programs.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Team and/or 3rd party partner in creating job posting/ads for vacancy marketing internally such as Employee Referral Program, Open House, recruitment events, etc. for approval of the management.
  • Updating and generating leads daily/weekly/monthly using the approved recruitment platforms, resources, and sourcing programs.
  • Assist / facilitate calibration with vendors and other external channels on profiling for vacancies
  • Actively participate in intake meetings between hiring managers, business partners, and TA team
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sourcing activities and initiatives
  • Act as Brand Ambassadors in partnership with Marketing Team and TA Team to promote our Brand in the target market
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing for volume hiring for technical & corporate roles.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to exemplify best Sourcing practices and experience in guiding Associates.
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • High energy, team orientated
  • Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
  • High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads
  • Must be a creative thinker and has passion for Marketing and Branding.
