The role of an Operations Support Coordinator is to assist all areas of Operations Support with the onboarding, coordination, and scheduling of training and team events. Other administrative tasks may also be assigned.
The main responsibilities of a Operations Support Coordinator include:
- Complete system Onboarding for all hourly New Hires within the teams.
- Coordinate and schedule all training and team events (outings, classroom, online, etc.).
- Assist with managing timecards for our US-based hourly employees; track time, PTO, audit and approve timecards as needed.
- Assist with schedule changes/adjustments for the team to ensure proper coverage during peak times; executing and utilizing report information from designated systems to adjust schedules and perform other tasks as needed.
- Administer basic employee and location updates/adjustments within designated systems.
- Assist with ticketing system and tickets assigned to the team with prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Highly proficient with Excel and other tools in the Microsoft office suite.
- Assist with travel or outings for the team or visitors from CS US teams (flights, hotels, car service, etc.).
- Maintains open communication and working relationship with IT Ops leadership and team, as well as IT Ops teams located in TN.
- Enhances IT Operations and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to the business.
