Morrow Sodali Philippines Regional Headquarters (RHQ) was established in 2023 to enhance the Company’s expanding global presence. The Manila office is swiftly broadening its operational scope across the equities and proxy business, the Global Debt Services Team, and support services in Finance and IT.

 

The main responsibilities of a Manager, Equities/Proxy Team include:

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the operations management of the Global Equities Team. 
  • Handle the end-to-end preparation of client reports including, but not limited to, shareholder identification, proxy reports and capital markets intelligence.  
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection and analysis as well as the preparation of required deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison with global stakeholders, providing status updates on all project stages.
  • Allocate project tasks, ensuring equitable distribution among the members of the team.
  • Lead the review of operational processes and identify areas for continued improvement.
  • Establish the KPIs for the team and ensure adherence to agreed-upon targets.
  • Manage administrative functions such as performance management, attendance monitoring, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure talent retention and contribute to the growth and enhancement of the Team.
