As a Senior Business Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in our growth strategy. You'll be responsible for generating a high volume of qualified leads through various outreach activities, setting up meetings with potential clients, and nurturing them until they're sales-ready. This role also blends business development activities, including prospect identification, lead generation, and data management.

 

This role also involves utilizing technology-driven sales tools, proactive lead research, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE include:

Lead Generation & Outreach (Email and Linkedin Campaigns)

  • Implement a multi-channel outreach strategy, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  • Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages that resonate with ideal client profiles.
  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing automated email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage email and LinkedIn inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Utilize various business development tools to support lead generation and outreach efforts. Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in business development.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing:

  • Conduct initial lead qualification calls to assess interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Develop and nurture qualified leads by providing valuable information and addressing their specific needs.
  • Assist in scheduling qualified leads for meetings with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and transition.
  • Manage the warm up and qualification of the leads via email, linkedin chats

 

Campaign Data Management, Tracking and Analysis:

  • Create and manage Excel trackers to monitor campaign progress and performance metrics.
  • Analyze and present data from trackers and CRM in a clear, actionable manner.

 

CRM Data Management, Tracking and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and outreach activities in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system. Track and record all lead interactions and outreach activities in HubSpot.
  • Analyze lead generation data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize overall lead generation strategies.
  • Build lists based on the market research and implemented strategy

 

Prospect Identification & Research:

  • Conduct online research for target account list building, and to gather market insights and industry trends.
  • Utilize various BD tools and techniques to identify high-potential clients within the US market.
  • Compile and organize research findings for easy reference and team use.
