About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled JUNIOR MULTIMEDIA EDITOR/VIDEO EDITOR with graphic design and video editing expertise to join our team and create stunning social media advertisements. This role demands creativity, efficiency, and the ability to deliver high-quality videos and designs from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at creating both static and animated content that is engaging and on-brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing both graphic and motion advertisements for various social media platforms.

- Create motion graphics and animations (e.g., GIFs, video ads) for social media platforms, with a focus on maximizing engagement.
- Design eye-catching and engaging social media ads that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with a focus on social media trends, user behavior, and platform-specific requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on-time results with high attention to detail.
- Take creative direction and transform it into unique and impactful social media advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and iterate on ideas quickly to meet tight deadlines and fast-paced social media trends.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Stay updated with design trends, motion graphic techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

0-2 years of experience as Multimedia Artist / in Multimedia field
Open to Fresh Graduates (with strong portfolio) -
Proven experience as a motion graphics artist, graphic designer, video editor, or multimedia designer, with a portfolio showcasing social media ads, both static and animated, particularly short-form video content.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Experience in designing social media content for a variety of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Strong video editing skills with experience in cutting and assembling short-form videos, adding sound, effects, transitions, and animations.

Strong understanding of brand consistency and ability to design within established brand guidelines.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.

Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.

A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create creative, innovative, and high-quality motion graphics and social media videos.
- Experience with using tools like Canva or other AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Understanding social media marketing and how video and design impact ad performance and engagement.
- Previous experience managing projects independently.
