Job Description Introduction:
We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive, Philippines (to be based in Manila) with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, and track record of success in Sales. Reporting to the Commercial Manager in Singapore, you will be working with clients (employee count >500) to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their communication (Voice/Video/Chat) needs. Working in a defined geographic territory (Philippines), you will proactively engage with targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop territory strategies and account-based plans for your respective territory
- Initiate, execute, and track outbound campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social media
- Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
- Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
- Manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Drive sales execution and deliver excellence in forecasting and reporting
- Keep informed of the product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
- Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies
Requirements:
- BA/BS with minimum 5 years of direct Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company
- Direct sales experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions.
- Voice/Video Collaboration and/or Contact Center selling experience highly preferred
- Mandatory Language proficiency: English plus Tagalog (as required to manage customers in the Philippines)
- Demonstrated resilience in achieving outcomes with a growth mindset
- This position requires experience in hunting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations / large projects
- Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capability with excellent communication skills
- Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
- Proven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team player
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
