We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Service Desk Agent to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while communicating effectively in Japanese.

- Provide first-level technical support via email and chat in Japanese and English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log and track service desk tickets using Freshservice.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of user inquiries.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other resolver groups to improve service quality
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 is required).
- Must be able to communicate well in Japanese, both written and spoken.
- Experience in IT Support, helpdesk, or Technical Support is preferred
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment, Office 365, Azure and Networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a practical and logical viewpoint in decision making
