We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Service Desk Agent to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while communicating effectively in Japanese.

  • Provide first-level technical support via email and chat in Japanese and English.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Log and track service desk tickets using Freshservice.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of user inquiries.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other resolver groups to improve service quality
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 is required).
  • Must be able to communicate well in Japanese, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in IT Support, helpdesk, or Technical Support is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the Windows environment, Office 365, Azure and Networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a practical and logical viewpoint in decision ­making
