• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates.

• 2+ years in sourcing or recruiting sales roles for global clients
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitie
