White Horse Laboratories, a Western-owned and operated independent, third-party electronics test laboratory based in China is looking for a Test Engineer (Bench Functional Test) to join their growing Team in Manila.

To apply for Electronic And Mechanical Engineering, you are excellent at:

• Determining test plan and write test program for electronic components and semiconductors
• Coordinating with technician for fixture and load board design and set-up
• Ensuring all WO with available setups are processed 

Your Success Profile includes:

• 3- 5 years relevant experience or more in product characterization, parameter testing and hardware design
• Experience and knowledge in conducting bench electrical testing for linear, analog, digital and mixed-signal components or assemblies using oscilloscopes, function generator, sourcemeter, multimeter, network analyzer, curve tracer, etc. 
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment for integrated circuits parametric testing is a plus
• Experience in developing and setting up test plans
• Adept in any of the programming languages: Java, C, C++, VHDL, Verilog, Python, VBA) 
• Ability to do application prototyping using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or any SBC and debug boards is an advantage
• Experience in developing and setting up test plans
• Adept in any of the programming languages: Java, C, C++, VHDL, Verilog, Python, VBA)
• Ability to read schematics and perform PCB layout
• Experience must be involved with semiconductor or IC testing
