As a Service Delivery Project Manager at Servicepoint, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality IT services to our clients. You will oversee key projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve managing project dependencies, coordinating resources, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks. You will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring project success.
The main responsibilities of a Service Delivery Project Coordinator include:
- Project Leadership & Accountability: Oversee the successful delivery of IT service projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, escalating as necessary to mitigate impact and ensure project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and share timely project status reports and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Support resource allocation, collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure optimal use of resources across projects and identifying allocation challenges.
- Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project coordination, scheduling, and efficiency.
- Operational Reporting: Provide daily project status updates to operational management, ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.
- Small Project Management: Independently manage small-scale projects (under 20 sites), including planning, execution, and delivery, without the need for a Project Manager.
