XTN-FACB502 | RFP PROJECT MANAGER

RFP Project Manager will be responsible for leading RFP/RFI/RFQ/ITB responses including the review and response of client Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, Requests for Quote, Invitations to Bid, Solicitations, Renewals, Certifications, Vendor Questionnaires, Information Security/Privacy Agreements, Master Service Agreements etc. 

The main responsibilities of a RFP Project Manager include:

• Lead and project-manage the RFP, RFI, RFQ, ITB, and Master Service Agreement processes (i.e., …).
• Set and follow up on response deadlines, assign tasks, obtain subject matter expert (SME) reviews and approvals, and escalate issues as needed. 
• Build RFP/RFI/RFQ/ITB response, proof read, and provide the final response to sales.
• Assist sales team to qualify/quantify opportunities.
• Track and report on RFP metrics, such as win/loss data.
• Drive improvements to the RFP process.
• Utilize RFP submission tool for RFP responses.
• Regularly update a repository of prior RFP responses and related documents to aid in the development of future responses.
• Working with subject matter experts and using the repository, review and complete Vendor Questionnaires, certifications, and affidavits.
