The Sales Manager will be responsible for exploring, discovering, and creating revenue opportunities for the company both amongst internal clientele and external leads. The role shall analyze client needs and offer tailor-fit solutions which nurture progressive and professional business relationships.
The Sales Manager will also initiate contact and build professional relationships with ‘C – Suite’ executives and business owners within the current and potential clientele, understanding their business needs and managing the sales cycle to upsell solutions that match their operational requirements.

Apply market and performance data to refine and implement sales strategies focused on lead conversion, sales velocity, and revenue growth. - Ownership of the Full Sales Cycle
Lead all phases of the consultative sales cycle: from qualified lead handover to deal closure - ensuring consistent movement through the pipeline and clear definitions of success at each stage. - Sales Pipeline and Forecast Management
Maintain and actively manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Ensure timely follow-through, accurate forecasting, and measurable contributions to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Revenue Generation & Deal Closure
Drive deal progression and close new business in alignment with revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of contract terms and service delivery. - Client Expansion & Upselling
Identify and execute upselling opportunities within existing accounts by aligning solutions with client performance, operational needs, and future growth plans. - Market Positioning & Sales Intelligence
Stay current on competitor offerings and market shifts to strengthen the company’s value proposition and adjust sales tactics accordingly. - Collaboration for Sales Enablement
Partner with Sales Operations, Client Services, and Marketing to support sales planning, performance analysis, and execution of conversion-focused campaigns and initiatives. - Participation in Strategic Partnerships
- Engage in partnership discussions or activities as required, helping identify potential collaborators, connectors, and resellers that align with the company’s market positioning and growth objectives. Provide sales insight to support partnership value articulation.
- Represent the company in selected networking events, industry forums, and relevant business communities to increase brand visibility, nurture relationships, and identify potential future opportunities.
- The role requires a fast learner as every Client is slightly different and therefore beyond the initial training, case by case “learning by doing” requires dedication and willingness to work and learn with / from other departments
- Finding the “sweet spot” - Maintaining a high level of Client satisfaction and managing expectations without compromising the Company’s own standards or burn out of departments / individuals.
