  • Campaign & Project Planning
    • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for advertising or media campaigns.
    • Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Identify campaign risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, editors, casting, etc.) to deliver high-quality work.
    • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating open communication and problem-solving sessions.
    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign status, budgets, and timelines.
    • Gather and interpret client feedback, ensuring client expectations and brand guidelines are met or exceeded.
    • Work with senior leadership and account teams to align projects with agency strategies and goals.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring campaigns remain profitable and within scope.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (e.g., production houses, freelancers) to secure necessary resources.
    • Negotiate any changes in scope, budget, or timelines with stakeholders and clients as required.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery
    • Ensure creative and media deliverables adhere to project requirements, brand standards, and client objectives.
    • Conduct final checks on ads, media buys, or promotional materials before release.
    • Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track key campaign metrics (impressions, conversions, ROI, etc.) and analyze data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports for clients and internal review, highlighting successes, challenges, and learnings.
    • Recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising, media, and digital marketing trends.
    • Evaluate project workflows, tools, and processes to suggest enhancements that increase efficiency and project success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within an advertising, media, or creative agency environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Basecamp) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of advertising workflows, media planning, creative production, and digital marketing channels.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and leadership teams.
    • Organization & Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
    • Leadership: Ability to coach, motivate, and lead cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
