- Develop a deep understanding of the business, from its data/metrics to its operational challenges and opportunities.
- Support business performance deep-dive to identify critical trends and size opportunities for maximizing revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to develop, optimize, or overhaul business processes through system configurations or customizations.
- Work with Big Data, do data transformation work, and help build complex financial and operating models for historical analysis and forecasting.
- Communicate complex analysis and financial/operating model to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience and familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations are preferred.
- Ability to deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data into practical formats, and influence through logic, interpretation of data, and effective communication
- Technical skills would be a plus, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work US business hours
