The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Vice President for Human Resources.
The Vice President for Human Resources is mainly responsible for aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of the Company and its Clients. The right candidate for this role will oversee all aspects of the Company’s HR as well as HR functional Centers of Excellence (COEs) for its Clients.

Internal Operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives.
- Lead the HR team in providing support and guidance to employees, managers and executives on HR-related matters.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process
- Develops thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Guide the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop strategies in the implementation of performance management strategies to ensure that employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Partner with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Spearhead the implementation and/or development of comprehensive HR systems
- Develop and drive change management efforts as our businesses continue to evolve.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and integration activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR/payroll processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Lead HR automation projects and align it to the target efficiency level of the day to day HR service delivery and data management.

Client Business Support
- Manage the Company’s HR functional Centers of Excellence (COEs) for its Clients including Onboarding, Data Management and Systems Administration, Employee Engagement and Wellness, Learning and Development, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Outplacement to deliver HR related solutions and services.
- Analyze trends and metrics, collaborates with HR Business Partners to develop solutions, make recommendations and develop programs to optimally support our Clients.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any Client concerns related to labor relations.
- Lead related HR initiatives and special projects (e.g., employee satisfaction assessment and analysis, employee engagement activities and events, training needs analysis and course development and design).
- Build strategy around people operations and work closely with internal business units to drive employee and client satisfaction.

- Professional, positive, and proactive.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ worth of well-established experience in HR with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Well versed in MS office and presentation tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, MailChimp, etc.)
- Experience working in BPO companies is an advantage.
- Experienced in managing large multi-site/multi skilled BPO companies.
- Experience in using HR systems, tools and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
