The main responsibilities of a EMAIL SPECIALIST include:
- Respond to customer's concerns in a timely and accurate manner via the email channel and use available tools and resources to resolve customer's concerns
- Expected to ensure all goals and targets are met through the regular monitoring of KPIs
- Escalate critical customer's concerns in accordance with the company's established processees and policies
- Inform customers about the company's new products and services
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions and share it with the relevant team/department
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss the previous team's performance and implement action plans if targets are not met
- Perform other relevant task assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Escalate any trends impacting the volume
- Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
