The main responsibilities of a SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITER include:
· Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with top-tier candidates through direct outreach, industry networks, social media, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
· Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
· Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and provide market insights to clients.
· Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.
· Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the client.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, clients, and industry contacts to facilitate ongoing recruitment success.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to clients and senior management.
